My Package Is Missing and/or Damaged. What Should I Do?

Pete Yorn is not responsible for lost, damaged, returned or stolen packages. We do the best on our end to ensure your pieces arrive safely. We are not responsible for addresses that are inputted incorrectly. We will ship to the address that are provided. Once USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL, etc has your order it is out of our hands. Pete Yorn is not liable for lost, damaged, stolen, or returned packages. You will have your tracking number and must follow up with your local post office/carrier if something is amiss. If you have not received your tracking information please email us. All USPS Priority/UPS/FedEx/DHL etc packages are insured up to $100. If they misdeliver, misplace, or damage your order, you are entitled to that compensation, but you must file a claim yourself as you are the recipient. If your order is returned to Pete Yorn, we can reship your original order for an additional shipping fee to a new, secure address.

Packages might arrive sooner but please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
