PRODUCTION TIME

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks (excluding holidays) for production. Please email us if you have any urgent shipping requests.

RETURNS & MODIFICATIONS

Pete Yorn is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

RETURNS

PY Artifact strives for top customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However outside of issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email us within 24 hours from receiving your order. Personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

Should you ship your item back to us for any reason, you assume responsibility for insurance and proper packaging of your item.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept order cancellations. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please note that the items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize PY Artifact to select a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country.
If you refuse a shipment from PY Artifact you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package.
